You pay for the advertising costs directly to the ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). We manage and optimize the campaigns, but you maintain full control over your ad budget. Our 10% commission is only on the revenue we generate - not on ad spend. You're never charged for clicks or impressions that don't result in sales.
If we don't generate attributable revenue for your ecommerce store, you don't pay our commission. It's that simple. You're only responsible for the direct advertising costs that were approved and spent on platforms. Our success is directly tied to your success - we only win when you win.
We recommend a minimum monthly ad spend of $1,500 to see meaningful results. This allows us to properly test audiences, creative variations, and optimize for profitability. You maintain full control over your budget and can set spending limits at any time.
Most ecommerce stores start seeing initial sales within the first 2-4 weeks. However, we typically see the best ROAS after 60-90 days once we've optimized audiences, creative, and targeting based on real performance data. Our biweekly reports keep you informed of progress every step of the way.
Our reports include attributable revenue, ROAS (return on ad spend), ad spend breakdown by platform, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, audience performance, and detailed attribution data. You'll see exactly which campaigns are generating sales and how we're optimizing for profitability.
Yes, either party can terminate the contract with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Commission attribution continues for 90 days after termination for sales resulting from our efforts during the active period.

You are responsible for advertising costs spent on platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) which are separate from our commission. These ad costs are approved by you in advance and invoiced with full transparency.
